STANDARD DELIVERY USA
We use Fed Ex Ground, UPS Ground and the U.S. Postal Service to ship most orders. Orders shipped from our warehouse can be delivered in 7-10 business days from the date of the order. Items personalized or shipped direct from our suppliers may require 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please refer to the item description. Items ordered together are sometimes shipped separately. You will be notified if an item is temporarily out of stock. Credit card orders are charged only as each item is shipped. Standard delivery fees for shipping and processing are listed above on the shipping and processing table. Please supply a street address for delivery. DELIVERY OF LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS - USA
Because some items require special packaging or processing to protect against damage, additional costs are incurred. The specific extra processing fee can be accessed by clicking on the link (where it may apply) on the product page that reads "Extra processing charge for this item (click for costs)". This cost should be added to the standard shipping and processing fee. U.S. Territories, Alaska & Hawaii please contact Customer Service. Restrictions may apply. STANDARD DELIVERY TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
We ship via Air Parcel Post from the U.S. Postal Service. For each delivery address your account will be charged actual postage plus standard shipping and processing. Shipping and processing costs are not added in until after the weight of the order is determined. For this reason, the shipping and processing cost on your Web order will show "0.00". All prices are in U.S. dollars and payable in U.S. funds only. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Some products cannot be shipped outside the U.S.A. Delivery to U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada may require 2 - 4 weeks from the date of order for delivery. Other international addresses may require 6 - 8 weeks from the date of the order for delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Many of our products are available personalized. Specifications and shipping times vary for each item. Please refer to the item description for maximum number of characters allowed and ordering information. Please note: a space or punctuation mark constitutes a character. Personalized items are not returnable.
Gift certificates are available for purchase online and through our Customer Service Department. Use item number GC9999 when ordering. Please specify dollar amount, gift message, and gift recipient's name and address. The certificate will be presented along with a copy of our current catalog. Shipping charges and sales tax do not apply to gift certificates.
We give special attention to gift orders and, of course, omit price and sales slips. At your request, we will include your personal gift message, printed on card stock, at no charge. Please click for more information. . For an additional $4.00 we can place a purchased item in a Gift Bag. On the "your order" or "checkout" screen where your items are listed, you will see a "Gift Bag" column. If the item has gift-bagging available you will see a "click" in that column. Click that link and the Gift Bag ($4.00) will be added as a separate item to your order, and the item you want gift-bagged will be added to your "gift bagged" list.
Each time you click to gift bag another item, it will be added to your "gift bagged" list. If you'd like to see a complete list of your gift bagged items, click the "view items" link where it says "Gift Bag" in your order. A pop-up window will appear listing your gift-bagged items.
To remove the gift bags from your order, simply click the "delete" link that appears in the "Gift Bag" column. If you make a mistake or the quantity of the Gift Wrap does not match the number of items you've selected to be wrapped, then click "delete" and re-bag your items.
Unfortunately we cannot provide gift bags for some large, heavy, unusually shaped products, or those items shipped directly from our vendors. "Gift wrap not available" is noted on the item's information page, and signified by an "n/a" in its "Gift Wrap" column on the order screens. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Directions are provided on the back of your packing slip. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for exchange, credit or refund. Our Customer Service Staff is happy to provide additional assistance.
Returning your package using prepaid SmartLabel
In most cases, a prepaid SmartLabel has been printed on a packing slip and inserted into your Catalog Classics package. To use the optional SmartLabel service, simply affix the label to your return package. You can then place the package in your mailbox, give the package to your postal carrier, or take it to your local post office. A return shipping and processing fee, which is listed on the front of the packing slip, will be deducted from the amount of your return. Please note: If you use the SmartLabel service for an item exchange, you will need to include payment for the SmartLabel service by check or authorize us to bill your credit card.
Returning your label using the carrier of your choice
In some cases, a pre-addressed Return Label has been printed on the packing slip because the item you ordered were shipped directly from the manufacturer or are over the weight limit for the SmartLabel service. The pre-addressed Return Label is simply for your convenience but will require that you pay the carrier postage to send us your return.
Upon receipt, your check may be converted into an electronic debit and processed according to Federal Reserve rules. Receipt of the check will be deemed to be your authorization for an Automated Clearing House debit entry to your account, which likely will be posted to your account the following day. If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, we will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a legal limit of a processing fee as per state law.
COLORADO, OKLAHOMA, SOUTH DAKOTA, TENNESSEE & VERMONT SALES TAX
For those customers purchasing from us and shipping to Colorado, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, or Vermont:
We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
Colorado HB 1193, enacted in February 2010, required online retailers to provide a detailed purchase report to customers with more than $500 of annual Colorado purchases by January 31st and to provide a summary purchase report with the total amount of each customer's annual Colorado purchases to the Colorado Department of Revenue by March 31st. This law is currently the subject of a legal challenge brought by the Direct Marketing Association and others. In the meantime, the U.S. District Court has suspended enactment of the law while the legal challenge proceeds.
For Oklahoma purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Oklahoma individual income tax return [Form 511] or by filing a consumer use tax return [Form 21-1]. The referenced forms and corresponding instructions are available on the Oklahoma Tax Commission website, www.tax.ok.gov. We are required to provide the notice above for Oklahoma purchases based on Oklahoma law (HB 2359) enacted in June 2010.
For South Dakota purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the South Dakota use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the South Dakota Department of Revenue website. We are required to provide the notice above for South Dakota purchases based on South Dakota law (SB 146) enacted in April 2011.
Please be aware that purchases shipped to Tennessee may be subject to Tennessee Use Tax (T.C.A. § 67-6-210) unless an exemption exists under Tennessee law. A sale is not exempt under Tennessee law because it is made through the Internet. Payments of applicable Tennessee use tax may be made through the Tennessee Department of Revenue's Website at https://apps.tn.gov/usetax.
For Vermont purchasers, the tax may be reported and paid on the Vermont use tax form. The use tax form and corresponding instructions are available on the Vermont department of taxes website. We are required to provide the notice above for Vermont purchases based on Vermont law (H 436) enacted in May 2011.
