Handmade in Florence in a fourth-generation jewelers' workshop, using enameled glass from Venice and centuries-old techniques, this cross is a little masterpiece of mosaic art. Glass threads and millefiori ("a thousand flowers") canes are cut into tiny pieces and hand-set to form intricate designs. The 1½" cross is brass plated with sterling silver. Arrives on a 20" sterling cable chain. Beautiful and authentic.
